M\u00e1 pouk\u00e1za\u0165, kde v\u0161ade je v\u00e1pnik resp. kde sa vyu\u017e\u00edva a \u00faprava n\u00e1zvu hry mi pri\u0161la vhod.<\/p>\n<p>Prim\u00e1rne sa v\u00e1pnik v pr\u00edrode nach\u00e1dza vo v\u00e1penat\u00fdch hornin\u00e1ch v neorganickej forme. Odtia\u013e ich \u010derpaj\u00fa rastliny a ukladaj\u00fa vo svojich tkaniv\u00e1ch u\u017e v organickej forme. Tieto potom vo forme potravy konzumuj\u00fa \u017eivo\u010d\u00edchy a vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v\u00e1penn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky ako stavebn\u00fd materi\u00e1l na svoje organizmy. \u013dudia ako v\u0161e\u017erav\u00e9 tvory pr\u00edjem stavebn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok kombinuj\u00fa jednak z rastl\u00edn jednak zo zvieratiek.\u00a0 Tak nejak funguje kolobeh prvkov a ich zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>Tu sa trochu zameriam na v\u00e1pnik a v\u00e1penat\u00e9 veci v\u00f4bec (\u017ee sa tieto l\u00e1tky vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v mnoh\u00fdch oblastiach &#8211; skl\u00e1rstve, hutn\u00edctve, po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstve, papiern\u00edctve, stavebn\u00edctve&#8230;., nie je v r\u00e1mci stravy tak podstatn\u00e9). Z tabuliek mo\u017eno &#8222;de\u0161ifrova\u0165&#8220; \u010do jes\u0165 aby sme mali dostatok tohto prvku. Treba sa tie\u017e orientova\u0165 pod\u013ea osobn\u00fdch preferenci\u00ed i obmedzen\u00ed. Kto m\u00e1 probl\u00e9m s toleranciou mlie\u010dnych v\u00fdrobkov mal by sa zamera\u0165 na nemlie\u010dne potraviny. Tu sa v\u0161ak treba zamera\u0165 na kvalitu (garantovan\u00fa napr. certifik\u00e1tom).
