Tak som vysk\u00fa\u0161al a upravil recept na biely kol\u00e1\u010d a pletenec.<\/p>\n<p>V oboch pr\u00edpadoch som zaanga\u017eoval kv\u00e1sok, ale hlavne pomer celozrnnej a bielej m\u00faky. Obe recepty s\u00fa len z bielej m\u00faky &#8211; dvojnulky. Ostatn\u00e9 pr\u00edsady som v z\u00e1sade dodr\u017eal.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u010f\u017ee celozrnn\u00e1 m\u00faka (resp. zmes celozrnnej a bielej) saje inak ako \u010dist\u00e1 trochu som upravil (pod\u013ea potreby) tekut\u00e9 zlo\u017eky. Celozrnn\u00e1 zlo\u017eka zr\u00fdch\u013euje kvasenie (m\u00e1m to odkukan\u00e9 z vlastnej tvorby) ale to sa d\u00e1 \u010diasto\u010dne regulova\u0165 teplotou.<\/p>\n<p>Po vykvasen\u00ed cesta som pletenec dal fin\u00e1lne kvasi\u0165 do o\u0161atky, to ale nevyzeralo po vyklopen\u00ed dobre &#8211; celkom sa spojili jednotliv\u00e9 pramene a ostal len vzor o\u0161atky. Cesto bolo v\u0161ak nato\u013eko tuh\u00e9 a pevn\u00e9, \u017ee som ju celkom v pohode oto\u010dil. Bol som trochu v obave, lebo to cesto skoro v\u00f4bec nevyr\u00e1stlo (oproti kol\u00e1\u010du). Po upe\u010den\u00ed sa moje chm\u00e1ry celkom rozplynuli a vyhukla ako by bola napojen\u00e1 na kompresor <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t57\/1\/16\/1f609.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude09\" \/>. Vo v\u00fdsledku ozaj \u013eahk\u00e1 . Hrozienka pri strojovom miesen\u00ed &#8222;vystupovali za jazdy z cesta&#8220; , tro\u0161ku m\u00faky ich presved\u010dilo osta\u0165 s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou deja. U\u017e miesenie nazna\u010dilo, \u017ee sa dielo zadar\u00ed. Jemn\u00e9, hebk\u00e9, pr\u00edjemn\u00e9 v ruke. Samozrejme u\u017e rozkvas nazna\u010doval \u017ee produkt asi nebude ma\u0165 pr\u00edvlastok biely.
